Description
Like its legendary namesake city, the ASICS METASPEED Sky Tokyo generates boundless energy. This carbon-plated racing shoe is tuned to deliver the performances of your life for marathons or any road distance you want.
Sharing the spotlight with its equally elite siblings, the METASPEED Ray and METASPEED Edge Tokyo, the Sky Tokyo differentiates itself with a flatter carbon plate positioned slightly higher in the midsole. Geared towards long-striding runners, this geometry generates incredible lift off the ground for extended stride lengths.
Sandwiching the carbon plate, two layers of superfoam deliver stunning energy return. In a reverse of the Edge Tokyo's setup, the Sky Tokyo debuts phenomenal FF LEAP for its bottom layer. Complemented by FF TURBO PLUS on top, you'll experience your fastest speeds easier, and longer, than ever.
To transmit all your power to the ground, its ASICSGRIP outsole creates confident grip for high-speed cornering. Securing your foot comfortably, the ultralight MOTION WRAP 3.0 upper ensures you feel fully connected to your exceptional racing experience.
